The Doctor you see on eCLINIC234 platform are those working either full or part-time with established hospitals (private and public sector) that you actually see before as in-person patient in their OPD. eCLINIC234 has only built the infrastructure for them to be able to take their practice to the virtual space. So whether you have to book appointment prior to seeing them will depend on the policies of respective hospitals, retail pharmacies, medical labs etc

For some service providers their policy allow immediate teleconsultation while some allow both immediate teleconsultation and appointments

Yes. Look for an on-boarded service provider of your choice and download their unique mobile APP. Register yourself as a patient and go ahead to book an appointment for a virtual clinic

eCLINIC234 is only a facilitator or infrastructure provider for the Nigerian health sector. All the services that service providers who have physical practice can be replicated on the virtual platform that we build for them.

They can prescribe drugs online, generate laboratory mandates and also coordinate the delivery of medications and test reports online

Yes. It is still your physical hospital that you are visiting virtually. During your visit, if the doctor thinks a lab test would be beneficial for you, they have the ability to order a lab test. You simply visit the lab location, have the test run, and the results will be sent to you from the virtual care platform.

Yes, we can under the Diaspora Service Provider platform of eCLINIC234 but the Physician will only provide advice. The Doctor may advise you on the medication you should try to obtain (if any is required).

Yes. The same way you can establish account relationship with several hospitals in real life.

No. virtual care and/or tele-clinic is designed to handle non-emergency medical conditions and can often substitute for a doctor’s office, urgent care clinic, or emergency room visit for common health conditions like malaria, diarrhoea, flu, fever etc. However, it is not intended to replace your primary care doctor or to be used in life-threatening emergencies.

Virtual Care should not be used if you are experiencing a medical emergency. In case of a life-threatening emergency please see your Doctor physically or dial 112 immediately.

You can be enrolled by your primary care provider by replicating your data on their Virtual Care Clinic and sending you a login detail or you download the Patient Mobile APP of your preferred Hospital who have already been on-boarded into the eCLINIC234 platform. Download, Register, Login, Book an Appointment and you are good to go!

It is possible for the service to be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year depending on the implementation preference of your primary care provider i.e hospital, retail pharmacy, medical labs, medical spas etc.

Yes, you can access your Virtual Care Service Provider on most mobile devices with an internet connection. Download the mobile APP of an on-boarded virtual care provider and complete the registration as a Patient in their Clinic. Or you contact them to establish a credential for you on the platform at their end.

Video streaming charges are applicable. The cost is US$0.005225 per streamed minute. For example: a video session of 15min with 2 participants streaming will cost = $0.005225/min x 2 x 15 = $0.15675. But this cost will NOT be charged our partners. It will be absorbed by eCLINIC234 from our chare of commission on consultation fees

SMS sending costs apply for all SMS messages sent from your Virtual Practice, including automated event alerts and also custom messages. The cost of an SMS message depends on the location of the recipient. It is important to note that 1 SMS = 160 characters. But this cost is NOT be charged our partners. It will be absorbed by eCLINIC234 from our chare of commission on consultation fees

Yes, you can opt to cancel your Virtual Practice subscription at any time. Your current subscription will remain active till the end of the current billing cycle. If you wish to delete your Virtual Practice account before the end of your current billing cycle, contact us at support@eclinic234.com please note that there are no refunds on cancellation of a subscription plan.

Yes, it is possible to switch between subscription plans based on the needs of your practice. For more information on this subject please contact support@eclinic234.com

Yes but there are differences in the depth and breadth availed to each category of model of subscription

No, the payment amount already made towards the rest of the current billing cycle on your current plan will be lost because you have to be migrated to a new subscription model entirely.

Yes, you can have any number of patient users in the Enterprise Virtual Practice Model Only.
